I have had the opportunity of meeting several Bayada personnel and can say each one has been a pleasure to meet. But more importantly they have been kind, respectful and compassionate when working with my 101 year old mother. In addition the Bayada office personnel are always accessible and equally as helpful. I have complete peace of mind when leaving my mom in their care.

Due to a combination of physically challenging medical issue and post hospitalization and rehab facility stays we found ourselves in need of respite care inclusive of physical therapy, occupational therapy and skilled nursing care. After some research of said care in our immediate area we settled on 24 hour/ seven days a week in home care and opted to work with BAYADA who provide the entire compliment of medical care we would need. From my initial interface with BAYADA personnel I have found them extremely professional, empathetic and supportive, highly responsive demonstrating adaptability inclusive of timeliness to ensure that were able to accomplish all the necessary administrative details and have individual on site to meet us as were discharged from the Rehab Facility. A nurse was assigned and initiated an in home assessment prior to our leaving the Rehab Facility ensuring that we were able to address any an all recommendations needed to have the home ready to safely facilitate in home medical care. We were especially pleased with the attention BAYADA placed on making certain that the individual care givers personality and soft skills were not only as important as their clinical knowledge but be compatible with the patient ensuring satisfactory person-centered care making changes to assignments as we requested. I would be remiss if I did not mention the outstanding flexibility BAYADA offers with respect to making modifications to the scheduling of care givers, their willingness to make personnel changes, and or modify the amount of time one has care givers. We have also been very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, experience and person-centered professional care we have received form the Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist assigned to your rehabilitation. They are both exceptionally capable individuals who we have confidence in and highly recommend to anyone in need of such care. All in all, we have had an outstanding outcome thus far and could not be more pleased with BAYADA’s home health care.

I cannot say enough great things about the Tanque Verde branch of Bayada Home Health Care. They provided staffing for my aunt, who has dementia, and the experience was outstanding. Every caregiver they sent was professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. They were always reliable and on time, which gave our family peace of mind knowing my aunt was in good hands. The quality of care she received was exceptional, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about her well-being. A special shout-out to Alex, the Client Service Manager, who was incredibly responsive, compassionate, and excellent at handling whatever came up. He made the entire process seamless and always ensured that my aunt’s needs were met. His dedication and support truly made a difference for our family. I highly recommend Bayada to anyone in need of home health care services!
