I have to say administration like Trashanna, Ashanna, and latonya has been great and helped me with the care of my mom but unfortunately they are NOT the ones who take care of ur loved one. I fought to get my mom here due to a smaller facility and I thought the care would be better And it was NOT the supervisor wound care Vanessa called the police on me cause I wanted to get the proper care for my mom. she has wounds and her wounds are very bad for her due to her condition and any wound not treated corrected can lead to a bigger situation so excuse me for being a loved one who cares. also for a head nurse Melanie to see me n not try to comfort me or even just ask how can I help you and she walked straight by me is another issue, so now I’m moving my mom due to just the lack of care for her wounds. I have went to admin 3x n 2 weeks they helped but nursing staff needs help and for a doctor to come in and not even know that her stitches have been removed or that we’ve changed her feeding or to look at the wounds not even look open wounds is an issue. How can they do proper care if the doctor just doesn’t know, I had to tell him they changed it all. Sorry I love my mom not to care n there is families out there that need my voice.
