Review Update 2/5/2026: Bay Home Care Services has been providing care for my wife for seven years. This allowed my wife and I to live together in our home as she lived through the progression of Alzheimers. My wife, Suk passed away last month of complications from Alzheiners. Words can't tell you how much caregivers Jane and Lumie meant to us over the last seven years, The last year in particular was very intense and challenging. Thanks to Jane and Lumie , my wife was able to live at home. Thank you Bay Home Care Services. Original Review: Quality all around provider. I've been using Bay Home Care Services for over a year now. They are providing care for my 76 year old wife who is wheelchair bound and has Alzheimer with a very unique personality. The care manager understands the needs of my wife and tries really hard to match a caregiver for my wife. Sometimes my wife can be very hard to manage and care for. The caregivers are very good at managing my wife's needs and desires. I have learned a lot from the caregivers on how to do transfers and care for my wife at night when it is just wife and myself. I have caregiver services from 9am to 6pm. In addition to the scheduled service days, they have provided additional or changed service with very little notice or lead time. They do a fantastic job to provide caregiver services when needed. I don't know what I'd do without them. A special thanks to Jane who has provided caregiver services for most of the time over the past year. She is well organized, has great caregiver skills and communicates well with my wife. On days when Jane is not there, my wife asks "Where is Jane"? I would recommend Bay Home Care Services to anyone that needs care for their loved ones.

The caretaking services of Bay Home Care are good. Their accounting is prone to mistakes which has led to over-billing multiple times. It took an excessive amount of correspondence and time to correct the issues, which the business defended as correct charges until I insisted they were incorrect and sent tables showing why. My hope is the billing improves and there are no more erroneous charges as my Dad likes the caretakers.

Tahmineh and her team at Bay Home Care Services gave our family an invaluable gift—the ability to keep my grandmother at home and by our side until her passing in 2021. Without them, we would have had to move her to assisted living in 2020, and we never would have seen her through the pandemic. They gave us those final, irreplaceable memories with our family's matriarch. Jane, our consistent caregiver, became family. She didn't just cook, clean, and help with bathing—she understood who my grandmother was. As a proud member of the Greatest Generation, my grandmother was always put together and looking her best. Jane restored that sense of dignity in her final years with her kind and compassionate care. She made my grandmother feel like herself. (She's the classy lady in the red vest with hearts in the photos.) Beyond the physical care, Jane and the team provided genuine companionship that enriched my grandmother's days. Their presence also kept the household running smoothly, taking enormous pressure off my parents who lived with her and me as I visited daily. Tahmineh's compassion and kindness set the tone for her entire staff. Their care allowed my grandmother to remain comfortable, dignified, and surrounded by family until the very end. I'm forever grateful to Tahmineh, Jane, and the entire Bay Home Care Services team. They truly are angels on earth. I would highly recommend Bay Home Care Services to anyone in need of support with caregiving.

Just finished with my 24 hrs.coverage. I had great service from Bay Home Care Services. Their team cared for me as if I were there family and greatly helped in my recovery. Jane, Lorelie, and Marecil handled my recovery and did an outstanding job. Thanks guys..and I highly recommend the agency..Great job....Bill Robertson

I was very happy with the care, Everyone was very caring and willing to help me in anything I needed. I spoke with them several times this weekend and I think they were very sweet and patient and professional . Bay home care Services are exactly what I expected them to be. genuinely cares about her clients - it is not just a job. Bay home care services llc are very caring and gentle spirit, Positive, understanding, easy going and cheerful. Bay home goals include working with the disabled and our elder generation, I would recommend any friends to this Company.
