They don't take care of their patients like they are supposed. They let the ones on the "lock down unit" sleep through meals, no regular bathing, and the aides sit at the table in the common area on their phone majority of the time. They don't inform family members in a timely manner when an accident occurs, or even have them checked out. Please, if you can't visit your loved one majority of the time, then don't send them to Barnes.
