I was denied a transfer to there so that I could be with family because none of the doctors working there would accept me. One Doctor I didn’t want because I had her in the past and she was very unprofessional and even prescribed me a medicine once that I was allergic to. And that information she had on file so no excuses. I had previously talked to the regional Ombudsman about requesting not to have her as a Doctor and the Ombudsman said that was fine as long as they had other doctors. But the other Doctors should have been fine and shouldn’t have denied me. There was literally no reason they should have denied me. The facility had beds open so that wasn’t an issue. I definitely feel like it was my past bad experiences with the bad Doctor that I had that probably led to her telling the other doctors not to accept me.
