Excellent service. A God send for me, an elderly woman living along. Never had nothing but the best of care. It's comforting to know I can look forward to visits and can easily contact them with my questions and concerns

I absolutely love working with Candace and the team from Baptist home care and hospice in Southhaven. They are so kind to patients and they are also easy to work with on the office side. Excellent services.

This is the worse service I have ever had in my life. I had surgery Monday and I have been given the run around for over a week now. I was suppose to get a nurse 2 days a week and an aid 3 days a week well it's a week later and I have had only one visit from a nurse. I was told the aid had car trouble and could not come. I was promised a call of when she would come over the weekend and nobody called. Received a call from the nurse late Sunday night stating she would be here Monday then she called back Monday stating the aid can't come so she can't come. Then late Monday the Aid called stating she would come today (Tuesday) she called this morning stating she couldn't come because the nurse could not come. She stated they would try to come by the end of the week. I called the director and stated I had surgery a week ago now your agency is stating they can't come till Friday. I just had major surgery and basically I am not receiving services until two weeks after my surgery. They also said the aid can only stay 30 minutes not sure what a person can do in 30 minutes. It takes me 15 to get undressed to take a shower. Unfortunately I am from out of state no family here and I was in need of Help. But God has given me strength to go through this difficult time without care.
