The lady that answers the phone down there is the rudest loudest mouth screaming person I have ever talked to on the phone. I'm very sick and I didn't need someone screaming at me accusing me. They went behind my back and called my primary care physician and changed my appointment when I did not ask them to and they did not inform me that they were going to do it. When I called and try to talk to him about it the lady on the phone just got louder and louder and more accusing with me. I don't need to be going through this My blood pressure is already high. Not good people. I'm better off without them disrupting my life. The two ladies that came out here on two separate days are very nice. They were the OT and the PT and I have respect for them but that lady that answered the phone today is not the type of person that needs to be in health care dealing with sick people. She should work as a prison guard. I do not want these people back in my home. I don't care if I have to drag myself around I will get well quicker without the negative screaming. They should be ashamed of themselves putting some like that one like that to represent them over the phone.
