The “healthcare” rooms are way too small for 2 residents to live in comfortably. Most of the staff is kind & caring, but response time can be quite lengthy. Unfortunately this facility suffers the same issues with finding & retaining employees as most long term care facilities. My mother had a severe case of Scabies that, even though common in close living quarters situations, was not recognized by the staff & she was absolutely miserable for over 2 weeks. It took two doctor visits to be diagnosed and properly treated. Do they care?-Yes. Is it ideal? -No

Great Place for my Grandmother! She was so happy here! And the business office manager Malissa was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with my questions! She is a gem and is a shining example of how to treat people!

Baldwin nursing nursing home is a good Nursing home my dad was there for about 5 years. the only bad thing that I can say about it is Mark the Nurse at the front desk he is very rude 2 residents and people visiting .I am a black woman and I also think he is prejudice. My dad that has recently died did not want me to let him know how I felt but I think that he needs to be fired I did talk to someone in the office they say that they were handling it but he is still there... other than that thank you Baldwin the ones who did like Philip Carter for taking care of him...

Baldwin Healthcare literally saved my husband's life. He only weighed 162 pounds when he arrived and today, 6 months later he is up to 200. From the kitchen to the nurses and the wonderful therapy dept he is finally getting back to his old self. The entire staff takes good care of him and I never worry that he's not well taken care of.

My father received EXCELLENT care at Baldwin Healthcare. The Wellness Unit went above and beyond to ensure my father’s needs were met. Starting with the fast and efficient admission process through his timely discharge and all aspects of care in between, his care was outstanding!! My father and I would recommend Baldwin Healthcare to our friends and family!
