My mom has been at Bainbridge for some time now and I must say the staff has been very helpful with her needs. Jamal has been exceptionally supportive and very responsive handling any issue she had and finds a solution very quickly. He is so compassionate and efficient an asset to the nursing staff there. Also in Pt dept. Lonnie and Andrea have gone above and beyond for my mom ensuring she has the equipment she needs and has helped motivate her to do her therapy. The weekend staff is great as well Ms. Sheila Richards works very hard to get my mom out for her pass and my family truly appreciates the effort she put forth in helping my mom attend our Grandmothers 100 party. You can trust the staff here they really take care of your loved ones thank u guys so much!!

Bainbridge Nursing Home makes you feel good about leaving your loved one in their care. If you have concerns and bring to their attention they hear you and address them to one's satisfaction. I really feel good about choosing this location as they have many other Nursing homes across the boroughs.

My mom was admitted to the facility last night. The transportation to the site went well. A little delay as expected The personnel transporting were excellent. The intake process went well. Met the head nurse on duty, she was excellent. So far, my mother feels very comfortable at the site
