My grandmother was there for several months. She had dementia. The staff on all shifts was amazing. When the time came for end of life you couldn't ask for a better staff. They checked on us asked if we needed anything and prayed for all of us. One of the staff members said she reminded her of her grandma and would sit with her at night. The day we went to get her belongings. The staff hugged us and made sure we were ok and said they will miss her. If I could give them more stars I would.

I absolutely loved the newset RA! Lanie was super nice and very accommodating. Also She was super sweet to all of the residents who live here. Shes awesome!

My family and I have recently experienced the immense relief and gratitude of finding Bailey Manor in Hixson, TN. Our journey here followed a very distressing ordeal at a previous memory care center on Shallowford Road, but Bailey Manor has been nothing short of a lifesaver for my beloved father-in-law, who battled advanced dementia. It’s important to highlight the stark contrast between our previous experience and the care we found at Bailey Manor. When our father-in-law was abruptly kicked out from the previous facility he had called home for several years, we felt blindsided and attacked. From the very beginning and throughout our entire experience - our interactions with Bailey Manor’s staff were infused with kindness, empathy, and understanding, which was a stark departure from the treatment we had previously endured. My father-in-law’s condition had deteriorated to the point where he had aggressive behaviors and other dementia-related challenges. It was crucial for us to find a place that would not only accept him but also provide the appropriate level of care. Bailey Manor, under the leadership of Cheryl and her dedicated team, not only welcomed him with open arms but also expressed a deep understanding of his struggles. They assured us that challenging behaviors were not uncommon and emphasized that every individual’s needs are unique in memory care. They were willing to tailor their approach to his specific needs, offering us hope and relief that we had not experienced before. The facility itself is also a testament to their commitment to excellence. It is consistently clean and always smells good. Each time we visited, his room was clean and fresh. His bed was made and his clothing was washed and hung up. The fully-furnished room was an added convenience. Communication was another strong suit of the staff at Bailey Manor; they kept us well-informed, updating us on every aspect of our loved one’s care, including medication changes and any other relevant developments. Our experience with Bailey Manor has been overwhelmingly positive. If you find yourself searching for a memory care facility that prioritizes compassion, individualized care, cleanliness, and clear communication, Bailey Manor is an excellent choice. Cheryl and her team have made a significant difference in our lives, and we are immensely grateful for their unwavering commitment to caring for our family member during a very challenging time.
