My husband has been at Azura Oak Creek for 3 months now and my daughter and I are very happy with the care he receives. The caregivers there really know him, treat him with dignity, and can give us an update on what he’s been doing every day; they are engaged, caring, and not on their phones! My husband was recently in the ER and the pharmacist at the hospital was impressed that the nurse at Azura had sent over his list of medications with him, saying “Nobody ever does that! I usually have to call for it!” And a doctor’s assistant remarked that in contrast to other care facilities, it was very easy to get directly in touch with the nurse at Azura - no phone tree nonsense. We are confident we found a good place for him!

I’ve been extremely happy with the care my wife receives at Azura. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the caregivers are gentle and kind to the residents, always knowledgeable of how my wife is doing and interested in her wellbeing. I have a sense of peace knowing she is well taken care of at Azura.

Our father has been at Azura Oak Creek for almost a month now and I cannot say enough about how well treated he is. All of the staff has been so compassionate and kind to him. They are all angels and our family is so grateful for Lydia and her staff. The facility is very nice and well maintained. It’s always clean!

Excellent memory care facility. So glad that my mom moved here. All of the staff from the assistant director on down are so caring and attentive to what the residents need. I hope that if I ever get dementia that my family moves me here.

We moved my mother in law into the Oak Creek location when she was considered a hospice patient. We could not have wished for better care during this time. Everyone was so professional and became like a little family going through this difficult transition with us. So thankful for this place and the wonderful people who work here
