We moved my mother in law into the Oak Creek location when she was considered a hospice patient. We could not have wished for better care during this time. Everyone was so professional and became like a little family going through this difficult transition with us. So thankful for this place and the wonderful people who work here

Azura Memory Care of Oak was recommended to me by A Place for Mom 6 years ago when my husband took a walk during the night and was returned by the police. Azura's team was great! Their compassion for their residents was easily seen. I will be forever grateful to them for existing to help patients (and their family) through the difficult journey of Alzheimer's and then of transitioning to a new life in the hereafter. Thank you so much.

Azura Oak Creek is a great place for your loved ones. With the new ED in each house the atmosphere has shifted for the better. Staff seem happier and are so good with the residents. Greeted with a smile every time we come. Residents are smiling and laughing and having a good time as best as they can. The activity level is good and they do a good job getting all residents involved. The buildings are clean and the garden are is bright and secure. Robin is amazing at getting to know her residents and has an amazing calming voice with our mom and can keep her happy and smiling. Thank you so much

The staff at Azura Memory Care in Oak Creek is exceptional, they treat their residents with dignity and respect. Also, the empathy and care for each individual that is witnessed is very touching. The staff is always very helpful, respectful and engaging to the residents and their families. Every time I visit my loved one I am greeted with a smile and an update on how things are going. If I am not able to make it, they are always happy to answer any questions or concerns over the phone. We are so glad to have our loved one in the care of the staff at Azura, she is getting the care and love she needs and that’s reassuring. I absolutely love getting updates on each day as well as photos via the sagely app. So many activities and so much fun. Thank you Team at Azura for helping us all through this difficult journey, you all have been a blessing to us.
