My wife was diagnosed with an extremely aggressive and fast moving case of Lewy Body dementia. In the not too distant past we had to find assisted-living and care for my mother-in-law when she passed for my mother and this time it was for my wife. We’ve had a lot of experience and what to look for. It was close, but Azura had private rooms which are critical for us. With the exception of a few bumps on their third shift, which we were not happy about they quickly rectified the problems and everything went as smooth as possibly could. Their standard of care their attention to detail their ability to explain facts and complicated issues to non-medical people was very very helpful. Their compassion and their understanding made a very difficult. In my life very tolerable. They helped us celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary created the space made it perfect and we asked Father Tim to come and renew our vows that was the last magical moment I had with my wife our friends at Azura helped an extremely ugly thing a little more manageable. I applaud the management, the staff and the leadership locally in that facility. We did have an additional Caregiver that came in during the day who had been a friend of the family for years and helped us manage this a bit better<br>I can honestly say I hope I never have to do this again but if I did and someone put me somewhere, I’d wanna be at Azura Fox point of course
