They have great staff Traci Webster is Hard-working, dedicated employee and she is definitely one that will jump in and help whenever or wherever needed. They are lucky to have staff like that.

I have a loved one there at axiom and was there when it was Westside and since axiom has taken over he's so much happier he says everyone is so nice and if he ever ask or needs something they do it then and do their best to treat us all this way unlike Westside I love all the new changes and personally want to thank all axiom employees for doing so amazing with my loved one! I'll forever be grateful

All I can say is WOW!!!! From the very beginning, this facility has been nothing short of amazing!!! The phone calls, the help, the scheduled pick up from one facility to this facility, the CNAs, the cooks, and the entire Axiom team have been SO helpful, supportive and absolutely phenomenal!!! We have been blessed to have found this place!! We are truly grateful to have this facility as our Uncle’s new residence!! My family and I would like to thank the entire Axiom team for all their love and support these past two weeks… we appreciate you more than you’ll ever know!!! Not impressed. The bathroom had fecal matter on the walls, toilet, and bath seat...from the previous occupant. Which I had to clean for my client. The trash was full and hadn't been taken out for a very long time, I emptied it. When I arrived I stood at the nurses station for a solid 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. 0/10 stars. Do better, these are people. Show them some respect and give them their dignity. I didn't take photos. You're welcome.
