I toured with Spencer who was so knowledgeable about the building and services they provide. I especially loved the large windows in the dining room and the many pleasant living spaces throughout the community. Everything looked and smelled so clean so kudos to the housekeeping dept! Exceptional pricing for senior living as well.<br>I left highly impressed and would happily encourage anyone looking for IL or AL to tour Aviva Maybelle Carter!

Moving my mother to AVIVA Maybelle Carter this month has given me a level of peace of mind I honestly cannot overstate.<br><br>From the very beginning, the attentiveness, professionalism, flexibility, kindness, and genuine warmth of this community have been extraordinary. The building itself is clean, beautiful, welcoming, and full of life, but what stands out most is the people. You can feel that the residents are happy, engaged, and well cared for.<br><br>Michelle Perdue leads the community with warmth and professionalism, and Spencer Peterson—our very first contact and first impression of Maybelle Carter—has been absolutely phenomenal throughout this entire process. He has been warm, responsive, patient, accommodating, thoughtful, and consistently willing to help us work through every detail, large and small. He set the tone for our entire experience and has continued to exceed it. Give that man a raise! 💯🙌🏾<br><br>Angela Moore has been wonderful in helping assess my mother’s needs and making sure the right supports were in place. Her background in memory care and expertise with dementia are immediately evident in the way she works with older adults—so skillfully, attentively, and with such ease. She notices the small things about each resident and their families, remembers them, and acts on them.<br><br>Theresa, Pat, and the rest of the nursing team have been caring and attentive, and the same has been true of the administration, dining, activities, housekeeping, and maintenance staff... everyone we have encountered.<br><br>The activities, outings, meals, social opportunities, and overall vibrancy of the community are wonderful. My mother began making friends almost immediately and, within her first couple of days, told me she felt happy, comfortable, and at home. That meant everything to me.<br><br>I relocated her to Tennessee from where she had lived for 35 years, so that she could be closer to me. Being able to see her more often and be there when she needs me is a tremendous gift, but proximity alone would not have been enough. I needed to know that she was somewhere that could truly meet her health, safety, support, and quality-of-life needs. Maybelle Carter has given us that confidence. Any ambivalence I had about uprooting her from the life she knew has been thoroughly assuaged by how beautifully she has been received and how quickly she has begun to thrive.<br><br>Senior living is expensive everywhere, but Maybelle Carter offers what I consider remarkable value for the quality of the environment, care, support, amenities, and community my mother is receiving. They were also running generous move-in promotions that we were able to take advantage of, which helped meaningfully offset some of the costs of relocating her. That combination of relative affordability and absolute quality made the decision even easier.<br><br>We are deeply grateful to the entire Maybelle Carter team.

This is the best facility. They have a beautiful building and a wonderful staff. Every time I come they are nothing but amazing. I highly recommend everyone to tour and live at AVIVA.

I have had several experiences with this community and every single one has been pleasant. Every time I walk in the building I am greeted with kindness and positive energy. The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. The Executive director Michelle has a smile that lights up the room and treats every person that walks in the door as if they were family. I look forward to every encounter with her and her wonderful staff. I just wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5.

As a clinician who regularly sees patients in this assisted living facility, I’ve been consistently impressed with the level of care provided. The staff are attentive, responsive, and genuinely compassionate with residents.<br><br>The building is clean, well-maintained, and creates a welcoming environment. There is a clear focus on both safety and quality of life of both residents and staff.<br><br>Overall, this is a facility I feel confident recommending to patients and families.
