Kim really helped my family when I was desperate for help she was so kind to reassure me and made everything work out on the financial side to do everything she could to help us expedite my mom getting care.

The most worst place in the world to work for upper management is horrible. I was hired on and never met anybody but the one person that hired me in HR the DON never reached out to meet me nor did the ADON or anybody else there. No communication at all schedules are not even put out. You have to figure out when you’re working and if you don’t show up when you’re supposed to work you’re fired. That’s pretty sad that I was fired over them putting the schedule out while I was home and They never emailed called. Text me nothing about the schedule. They expected me to know when I was supposed to work without seeing a schedule and reaching out to Avir corporate is a joke. Nobody contacted me back either patients at that place or complaining of being mistreated due to being double briefed consistently by all the staffing companies that come in there. And then I was left on the hallway the fourth day I was working in the middle of the shift by somebody that worked for the Staffing company. She was sleeping on the job in the middle of the hallway and then decided while I was on break that she was just gonna go home so when I got back, she was gone. The ADON was called because nobody signed her paper. This place is unbelievably out of compliance way out of compliance. the patients are so upset with them. The patients are upset with the workers. They’re tired of different faces. They’re tired of being double briefed and getting rashes. They’re tired of being left in urine. No one does nothing about it. Upper management does nothing and then when I call a no one does A thing the only thing I know how to do is fire a good employee like me because they expected me to know what the schedule was. Meanwhile, I was reaching out through text messages and calling the Facility, which is never an answer. I bet when I was supposed to work, they didn’t want to hear it. They didn’t call me in the office. They didn’t even tell me I was fired. I called to find out when I was working and she said I was fired. What the hell kind of company is this? So again I just contacted corporate. This is my second attempt. This is not a joke and I take it seriously so I hope unlike Carly and Laura HR and the DON the owner takes this seriously.

Staff is friendly and efficient. They have always been quick to resolve any issues that we have had at the facility. I do trust that when I am not there, my mom is being looked after especially since she is nonverbal.

My mother in law has been a resident here since January 2025, and has adjusted well to her new home. There was definitely an adjustment period, but everything is going well now. The staff is very caring and know my mother in law by name, know what her wants and needs are, and do their best to meet them. She loves the activities, and says the food is very good. Kim in the business office is amazing at helping navigate through the insurance process. No place is going to be perfect, but this place strives to meet the needs of their residents and families. Communication is the key.

Do not put your loved one in here unless you are ready for them to die. You need to be able to be there every day to check on them. They will quickly go downhill, feel unheard, and lose the will to live. Skilled nursing at this facility is a joke! Majority of the time , no one answers the call button and weekends are even worse than week days. Your loved ones wishes are not listened too. Only a couple of people seemed to actually care. I highly regret putting my loved one here, even for a short time.
