Good place to go for rehab or for long term living. Fantastic therapy team, would recommend this place over some of the others in the area. Lots of positive changes happening here over the last few years

I hadn’t been here in several years, and was there yesterday. From the moment I walked in the door- I was treated with happy residents, friendly staff, and an exceptional team. The culture- from housekeepers, CNAs, nurses (Teresa is fantastic!!) and administrator- is evident. What a great experience! Lynn and her team are doing great work- and you can see it in 1 visit. High Five! 🙌🏼

My mother went into that facility for what was supposed to be a temporary stay. A few months. She did not go into this place with any terminal illnesses. The mistakes were from the jump. She was diabetic, they never gave her her necessary medications or even tested her blood sugar. A year later she went septic, we never found out why. She passed away a few months later, cause of death was severe malnutrition and neglect. She weighed 92 lbs when she died. They put her on high powered anxiety medications that she did not need. This was all through the height of the pandemic so we couldn't get to her to do anything. Do not let your loved one go to this place.
