Nice workers. I was trying to see my dad. It was a surprise. When I got to him, one of the nurses was telling me that my dad speaks of his children, including me, 😊. I'm glad my dad is being taken care of! 🤗

We recently visited this rehab center while looking into care options for a family member, and had a great experience. Michael, the administrator, immediately stood out. He greets everyone who walks through the door with kindness and professionalism, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and families. He took time to answer our questions, made us feel welcomed, and created such a positive impression of the facility. It’s comforting to see leadership that is so involved and personable when visiting a facility like this.

This place was awful! They left people in bed all day. The patients had bedsores and they didn’t treat them, they just left the people there to make them worse. It was basically a big scam. There supposed to be a rehab and they just left people there to get bad enough to go to the nursing side so the people have to pay them so they get money. It was absurd they genuinely didn’t care about helping there patients. There was mold on the roof, blood all over the floor that was dried up, holes in the wall and roof of the bathroom, and dry wall falling onto the toilet and all over the places. If I could give zero stars I would!

Five stars just isn't enough to even begin to portray the experience my family had while our Mom was in rehab following her stroke. As soon as we walked in the door, it felt like we were coming home to an extended family. The atmosphere is one of genuine warmth and sincere love and nurturing for those in their care. Our Mom, and our family as well, were blessed enough to be recipients of their kindness, love, and nurturing for 3 months. Our 88 yr. young Mom was treated with kindness, love, and respect by everyone at Chisolm Trail, and she received such wonderful care. But not just our Mom, - they welcomed our family with open arms, and nurtured and loved us as well. During the entire 3 months our Mom was at Chisolm Trail, we not only experienced how wonderfully our Mom was treated and cared for, but also how happy the other residents were, and how kindly they were treated. It is like one big family! The staff is exceptional, the best I have ever experienced. From the care team, to administrative, to maintenance, to housekeeping, - the team at Chisolm Trail is the best you will find anywhere. We learned so much from everyone there, that we left confident we could care for our Mom at home once she left rehab. We LOVED that the building wasn't new. It is better. It has so much charm and warmth. It has character. It has history. It is like coming home to the most wonderful family in the world. We were so happy our Mom was well enough to come home, but it was bittersweet, because it meant having to leave our extended family, and not getting to see them every day. I for one, am still shedding a few tears from missing them so much. That is how special this place is, if you will allow yourself to let go and experience and accept it. Our mom received excellent care at Chisolm Trail Nursing and Rehabilitation center. It is truly a special place, with really special people. No way we would ever go anywhere else.

I can’t rave enough about the Chisolm Trail team! Every aspect of their care & hospitality is phenomenal. From Mariah in social services to Kristi in activities, you’ll never meet a stranger at this facility. The quality of care is unmatched under their DON, Tracy. All in all, this is simply an amazing place. There’s no doubt this culture has been fostered by their fantastic administrator, Tiffany. This is where you want your loved one.
