This is a terrible place. My dad got a bad bed sore, he never got his meds on time, his breathing treatments got overlooked, it was a terrible experience . He got left in a wheelchair in his room and he fell out and he was on the floor for ten minutes. Don’t ever leave your Loved one there unless someone can be with them all the time. Horrible experience.

Keilon Alexander is the only reason for the 3 stars. He goes above and beyond for all his patients. Keilon took such good care of my grandfather! He goes out of his way to make sure his patients have all their needs. He is an amazing worker here. The BEST!!

It's absolutely horrible. It has gone down down down. They would be better off closing the doors. It's a dump falling apart. The nurses are uncaring and fake..please take your family elsewhere. Please the building is falling down. Mold looking stuff in the air vents. Much better places to take your loved ones...

Absolutely Do Not Send Your Loved One Here This facility is a heartbreaking example of what happens when compassion and responsibility are completely absent in healthcare. During our time here in late 2024, the administration was unresponsive and ineffective. The nurses who should have been the heart of this facility openly complained about their jobs and about leadership, showing little interest in patient care or urgency. Due to not enough staff on hand medications were consistently late, even for residents fighting serious infections. My step father was skipped completely on even taking his medication in the very beginning. It’s no wonder he went down hill so quickly after that. A couple of days later, we lost my stepdad. He wasn’t the only one. Three other residents on the same hall passed away within hours of each other, and no one seemed to notice or care until it was too late. Basic cleanliness was also ignored. A roach sat on the bathroom floor for two weeks until we said something. It had clearly become normal for staff to overlook even the most visible signs of neglect. I’ve heard this facility was recently sold which might be the only silver lining. But, unless every single member of that previous administration and nursing staff has been replaced, this place remains dangerous. The state needs to investigate and shut it down permanently. Do whatever it takes and travel further, pay more but, protect your loved ones from ever stepping foot in this place. I pains me to even give them credit for anything (the 1 star) because they certainly did not give my loved one the care he so desperately needed.

Worst place in Longview. My grampa was there recently and the.aides were rude, they had no supplies.and never left snacks out after supper so they had nothing to eat from supper to breakfast..over 12 hours . My grandpa didn't even have a urinal because they didnt have any. Avir has purchased dozens upon dozens of nursing homes in the state of Texas and they are horrible. Penny pinching at the expense of our family members because I HAVE Researched the company and spoken with many workers and family members!! I wouldn't even give them one star!! Please do not put your family member in any AVIR facility!!! Speak to people other than the ones that run the places!!!
