Therapy department is amazing! They care about the residents. Nursing staff is caring and amazing also. Couldn’t have a wonderful team without good CNAs. Couldn’t run a facility without caring and compassionate leadership.

This is a wonderful facility. The staff is so loving and caring. When my mom was there she brag on a couple of nurses and aides. To this day she still brags on Barbra,Cookie and Kathy.

Having lived in Carthage for 3 decades, serving as a pastor and hospice chaplain for many of them, and having opportunity to visit in all of the nursing facilities in our community, I can honestly say that Carthage Healthcare is the one that I refer families to every time. This is the place that feels most like "home". You can feel a warm and caring atmosphere when you walk in the door. It is also great to see faces that have been around for years in the home - both residents and staff. I am very impressed with the current Administrator, Donna Howeth, and know that her leadership and her team help to make Carthage Healthcare a great place to live.
