Just recently moved my dad to Brookdale from another assisted living facility where there were so many issues and nothing ever addressed! So far I have had nothing but a wonderful experience every time I enter the facility. Dad is being treated extremely well by all staff members and really likes his room. The place is very clean, the staff is amazing and helpful, the food is delicious.

My mother has been a resident at Brookdale for 6 years until last night when passed on. I actually live closer to Tyler but was drawn to the small town atmosphere in Henderson. I’m so glad I placed her in the memory care in Henderson. They provided extraordinary care. She received exceptional care every day that she was there. I spent a lot of time there the past few days and and no one ever entered or exited the room without a hug and an I love you to her! She was treated like everyone’s mom or favorite aunt. You could tell that they truly cared about her and her end of life! I am so thankful and humbled by the care and compassion that she received.

This place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and the staff, and residents we met, couldn't have been any nicer, more inviting, and welcoming. I only wish my Mom could have afforded it. Mikayla, the Director, was So helpful in helping us find a place for my Mom though. Even asked to pray with us, afterwards. The Lord worked it all out, and Mom has a nice place to live now. (Not near as nice as Brookdale Henderson, but that's ok.) All thanks to Mikayla!! I highly recommend this home for your loved one!

Been there several times visiting. Always clean and residents are well taken care of. Staff are helpful, kind and loving. Would recommend Brookdale

Every time I’ve visited, everyone seems to be in great spirits! Staff and residents all seem to enjoy their time there. The office staff feels so genuine! Everyone I speak to has a sense of purpose and you can tell it’s more than just a job to them. They are responsive to feedback and very open with communication.
