I have a friend who stayed at this facility and was very pleased with it. When I visited staff was so attentive to her needs. She has been released but said she would have no problem going back again in the future if needed. Thanks for taking such good care of her!

My husband was a resident at Aviata at the Palms, and while some staff members provided attentive, kind care, our overall experience was disappointing. The facility often had a strong urine odor, and the level of cleanliness was not what we expected. Residents deserve a clean, comfortable, and dignified environment. I was also troubled by the behavior of certain staff members. On two occasions, inappropriate comments were made about my husband's private area during care, including one that was particularly disrespectful and humiliating. Residents are vulnerable and should always be treated with dignity and professionalism. I was further concerned by what I observed regarding my husband's roommate, who appeared to have been left in soiled clothing and bedding for an extended period. I also learned of concerns from family members who believed they had received inaccurate information about therapy services provided to their loved one. While I recognize that many staff members work hard and genuinely care about residents, the cleanliness issues, persistent odor, inappropriate comments, and concerns about resident care need to be addressed. I hope management takes these matters seriously and makes improvements to ensure residents receive the respectful care and living environment they deserve.

I was in here for three months. I thank God for the staff there they took amazing care of me and administered my antibiotics three times a day. I could not have made it through without nurses like Clarissa and Angela, actually all of the nurses were amazing thank you for caring about your patience and for caring about me. I’m doing great because of you guys.

I can’t say enough about how amazing everyone is at Aviata. From the moment you get to the door, I was welcomed with kindness and generosity from the girls at the desk where I signed in. The My mom is there a little over a year now. The level of attention she is provided with is astounding. Personally, I witnessed the treatment of other residents and felt they were treated with care. My mom loves it there. The staff is impressive! Extremely satisfied with the level of care. I am grateful to everyone there for taking care of my mom.

I am grateful for the opportunity to review this facility now that they have undergone changes in clinical staffing. They are always striving to have better outcomes and grow in the industry. This facility continues to focus on making the changes needed to ensure better patient outcomes and experience.If your loved one is looking for an opportunity to heal in a safe environment I think this a great location in palm harbor area that will listen to your requests and overcome challenges others may shy away from.
