Brynwood Health and Rehab has support staff past any other facility i have encountered in my lengthy nursing career. With increased support comes an efficient, dedicated and quality of care that surpasses most. Brynwood would be my choice for family and friends in need of short stay or LTC.

My father in law was in there for rehab. Getting someone to open the door for you to access the facility during the weekend was a challenge. Some days, they forgot to give him breakfast and forgot to get him something to drink. Wreaked of cigarette smoke like someone was smoking inside. Shared bathrooms and someone bled in the bathroom the night before and was still in there the next day along with blood on the hallway floor. Also, feces on the floor. As long as I am alive, none of my family will ever be going back to that facility. My father in law had only 2 showers in the almost 2 weeks he was there.

My brother currently resides at Aspired at Big Bend so far this is the only facility that has been able accommodate all of his needs. He can become difficult at times to deal with however they have been able to address any issues that arise my family and I are satisfied and thankful for everything they do for our brother🤗

My brother was there almost 3 weeks recently. Someone took a lanyard that contained several keys from his dresser. I saw him put the keys and wallet in the drawer, and whoever took the keys left his wallet with credit cards and cash. We reported it but they never located the keys, and no one has contacted us further. Perhaps I told the wrong people. UPDATE 10/18/2023: I contacted the Executive Director, and she advised she would look into "it". I have not received a response from her, and that was about 2 months ago.

The 5 star's are for the wonderful nurses you know who you are. Mrs Nancy we love you for all you do and the extra mile you go for our granny thank you 😘😍. Another big 💘 Nurse Tae ,Stacey Mrs Fae, And Amber you were very professional and kind to my family's needs and questions wonderful job.
