I've been here for 1 months and I couldn't think of any place I would rather be. First the scenery and cleanliness is second to none. Housekeeping cleans as though they lived here themselves. Spotless and smells good. Second the food is good, and they offer something different if needed. They also allow delivery and the local restaurants are terrific. Third, all the administration staff from secretary who greets you to the director of nurses who welcomes you are absolutely wonderful. They answered all my concerns and even covered items i was in need of. This includes Doctors and PA who are the best at making you feel important. Fourth, the nursing staff are above all!!! They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, caring and polite. Even in my worse pain they were a ray of sunshine and hope. Fifth, the CNA are the best from Cala not forgetting my 2 cups of coffee to Cheryl not forgetting my cups of ice. The aides never showed anything but respect, kindness, politeness, very helpful, and an honest enjoyment in their job to help you with everything including a smile. Sixth but last is the PT / OT team not only do they help you get better they help you believe in yourself. I have more trust, knowledge and power in myself thanks to them all!!! Finally I would like to wish everyone I've met and worked with on having the best life possible and to keep being a 100% you!!!!! Sad to go Sincerely yours Bettilou Croteau

The staff is wonderful from the minute you walk in everyone is pleasant. The faculty is very clean. PT and OT and Speech are very pleasant and they explain to the family what they are working on with the patient right away you don't have to wait or make an appointment. Administer is wonderful and social worker is amazing.

Aviata on Beneva has been a God send to me literally. From the moment I came in to see Debbie in admissions. She was professional, but and compassionate towards David and my situation. David requires full care due to stroke. From the moment I walk in the door the front desk receptionist is welcoming with a smile to the care givers in back (nurses and aids) all hustling to do their jobs. Respectful and helpful. David is given the care he needs with respect and dignity. Therapy began on day one! I'm amazed every day at how much they care about the residents. I'm overflowing with gratitude

The therapy department is truly amazing, Specifically Victoria and Jeff. They treated my father in law during his stay at this facility for physical and occupational therapy. They were spectacular. It's not often you find two perfect people to put your trust in regarding a loved one's care. They will never know how much of an impact their treatments, kindness and support meant to my family and I. I willi always recommend this facility to anyone in need of assistance and therapy. Thank you Jeff and Victoria, your efforts meant the world to me. Amazing place and amazing staff

I've been very pleased with the care that this facility has provided to my 95 year-old father Richard Crowder. There has certainly been great improvements over the last year with new management. If I have any concerns, they are dealt with promptly by the new administrator, Rita and Tiara who are great. I am pleased with the care they provide to the difficult task that some of their clients need and deserve. Also, I would like to give a great shout out to the front desk primarily Latoya, who is very pleasant all the time. Tony Collins
