I had a pleasure working with Reese. She makes the transition for exceptional Home Health! Every staff member I met from her team has been amazing! The services start the next day, even on weekends!

We found Best Care Home Heath Care very unprofessional! The marketing person was quite impressive and friendly. Our first visit from an RN to perform an evaluation was a DISASTER! The person set up an appt. and arrived 2 hrs. EARLY without bothering to call. She was unfamiliar with the case, and sat in our home reading for about 10 minutes. She continued to refer to the “surgery”. My husband did NOT have surgery but a broken pelvis. Very concerning when she was here to evaluate his health condition. I sent a note to the marketing person advising of my concerns. No callback was received. The OT person came and was nice. The PT person was new to town and wanted me to provide directions. I suggested he figure it out. He called to CANCEL 1 minute before arrival time. At this point, I called and spoke to the manager of Best Care, Sue. Not once did she apologize for the unprofessional behavior we had encountered. As a result, we contacted Valley Heath Homecare, and they have been very professional, helpful and friendly.

I am very happy with Best Care Home Care in Winchester, Va. They are professional and give "BEST CARE . I HIGHLY recommend this Home Health Service for all of your inhome health needs. I have needed home health care two times in the last.few years.My husband has needed their service once.He now needs care again and l will definitely call my friends to help me again.Thank You, All for being such wonderful caregivers and for your true concern in our needs.
