Communication is key. My initial appointment with your office was scheduled as an intake, and I find it incredibly disappointing that no one contacted me to let me know it wouldn’t be happening. I waited, only to have to call your office 20 minutes after my scheduled time just to find out what was going on. As someone who doesn’t have time in the day to waste, I ended up losing an entire morning for something that never even took place. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed to avoid it happening to others in the future.

Shady company very rude staff came to my home. The lady would not identify herself or provide me with any copy of orders. When I finally got info I called office in des Moines and they were just as rude and hung up on me. Don't use this unfriendly company.

My husband Larry Hutzel has been getting home care from this company and they have a nurse Maria she is great, and today a physical therapist came and he was great, gave my husband things to do, which have already made an improvement.
