I had an exceptional experience with Avatar Healthcare! The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. From the moment I started receiving care, I felt like I was in good hands. The nurses and therapists were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me. What impressed me most was the focus on patient care. The team at Avatar Healthcare genuinely cared about my well-being and went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible care. They were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. The administrative staff were also very helpful and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Avatar's Texas Best Hospice took care of my mother for 2 years! She lived so much longer than expected because of the good care she received from the nurses, and certified nurse's aids (CNAs). They were very attentive to any little changes in her health and were able to bring in the appropriate medicines within hours of an event, so it never landed her in the hospital. We were also able to have her live at Miss Vilma's Care Home where she was well loved, given good nutritious foods, and even had her nails polished weekly. I have recommended Texas Best Hospice to many friends and will continue to do so. If you want knowledgeable, caring, out of the box thinkers taking care of your loved one, call them.

My mom is a patient on hospice services with Avatar. They do amazing work. The hand of God is definitely on the Granbury staff. My mom has been on services for over a year and her quality of life has greatly improved since beginning services with Avatar, which has helped to extend her life..we are so very thankful for Avatar Healthcare.
