I’ve been living here for close to 2 years now, and unfortunately, the mildew smell has started to become overwhelming. It seems like it’s coming from the age of the building, and I’m concerned there could potentially be mold or another underlying issue.<br>I’m already in my last year here, but the smell has gotten to the point where it’s becoming unbearable, and no matter what we do, we can’t seem to get rid of it. We’re honestly getting close to having a mold test done ourselves just to figure out what’s going on, although I’m not sure how much that would cost.<br><br>It’s really unfortunate because we’ve tried to deal with the smell, but at this point, it’s becoming very difficult to live with. I really hope management takes these kinds of concerns seriously and looks into the cause.

Great place to live 💯 management is pretty cool I haven't had any problems. This month was a little rough for me but they have treated me well

Isiah and Ladawn were so sweet!!! im Very Very picky on apartments and they took care of all my worries before I could even ask about them even ran through numbers with me gave me a really good idea about what to expect they let you see the actual unit before you even move in! I am amazed by even just the amazing effort these two put in its not very often you<br>meet people who genuinely care like this

Every negative review is true here, the AC system is bad and has been broken for a month in the summer season submitted multiple requests to get it fixed, response is we will send maintenance to look at it, they already looked at they know it’s broken it’s time to get it fixed, they gave me a date it will be fixed, still not fixed, and YES MOLD MOLD AND MOLD and musty smell in the apartment . I wish i know how to upload photos to show, anyways photos and documentation has been submitted to local and state authorities under A.R.S. § 33-1364.<br>STAY AWAY NOT WORTH IT<br>AND PLEASE DONT RESPOND BACK WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE REACH OUT TO YOU, IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED I HAVE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH.

I lived here for about 2 years. Do not recommend. Myriad of issues throughout my time: no hot water, no ac working, inspections all the time, dirty dog park, front staff that doesn't answer phones or provide any assistance whatsoever. If you look at the reviews, a lot of the 5 stars come from the front staff themselves. As long as Greystar manages this property, avoid living here!!
