seems like they will higher anyone.... they dont like to do paperwork when you are there to advocate for your family member.... going on 72hrs and they dont have meds.... i know they do its in the paperwork where are they going?

This facility is very clean and updated! The staff is welcoming and really appears to care about the people staying here. I had a chance to greet the HR person, the front desk lady and the Administrator when my family member was taken here. They were all very helpful and extremely informative. The administrator even went down to my family member's room to make sure they were comfortable. The nurse that was there was also very nice and made sure we felt comfortable. The facility is very beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. My family member has been there for about 3 weeks now and they are doing so much better with the therapy and great care! I would recommend this facility to anyone, everyone there including the people living there seem happy and the staff are great. I don't see why there are bad reviews, because I did not and have not seen anything bad and I visit daily at different times.
