Cody, one of the CNA’s is an upstanding guy protects those without a voice . We run all our clothing donations through him so that the residents, many who do not even have a warm sweater or a decent pair of pants, are assured of being recipients of clothing donations. Cody is a bright light in a place that can be depressing and sad.

I am extremely disappointed with the care and conditions I witnessed at this facility. The level of uncleanliness was alarming and completely unacceptable for any environment where patients are supposed to feel safe and cared for. Basic hygiene and sanitation were clearly neglected. Even more concerning were the patient conditions. Bed sores, which are entirely preventable with proper attention and care, were left untreated and showed a shocking lack of compassion or medical diligence. This speaks not only to poor service but also to a dangerous disregard for patient well-being. The staff appeared either unwilling or unable to provide even the most basic level of support. Communication was minimal, and concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed. Families trust facilities like this to provide dignity and comfort, but what I experienced was the exact opposite. No patient deserves to be treated this way. Serious changes are needed in staffing, training, and oversight to correct these dangerous and unacceptable conditions. In the short time being there a multitude of call lights were left unattended and this was our loved ones, primary concern. Their voices are left unheard and it’s deeply saddening. They aren’t maintaining their patients medical needs or continuing preventative and primary care! Until then, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones

My sister in law was a resident of this facility and couldn’t have asked for better staff to care for her. She was treated so well and so attentive to her needs.

A lot of the staff don’t care and don’t listen. There’s two that truly care but that’s it. I’ve been left on a bed pan for almost an hour at times. The communication lacks. I was sent there after surgery from a hospital in Springfield and they didn’t continue some of my therapy including having me sit on the edge of the bed and now I’m having to restart it in pain. Don’t send loved ones here. They don’t answer call lights in a timely manner. I’ve gone almost two weeks without a bath then got blamed for it.

I wouldn’t send my least favorite dog here to die. Wish I would have known. My grandpa died there ( they forgot to feed him ) they almost took out my uncle. He was given improper care including no bath for ten days. They had faulty equipment that forced my uncle into 4 surgeries due to infection. He’s suffering right now just glad he’s out of there.
