Visiting my cousin, had a birthday luncheon for him in the Garden Room. The facility is bright and clean. Staff busy with residents and job responsibilities. Deacon came in to see Jim and have him communion. A sweet staff member came in to say. My cousin is well taken care of and as a family, we are pleased to have in at Autum Lake Healthcare! Thank you. We’ve had an excellent experience here. The facility is incredibly clean and clearly updated throughout - everything feels modern and well maintained. The therapy department is outstanding. The staff are professional, caring, and go above and beyond to help residents meet their goals. You can tell they really take pride in the work they do. Highly recommend Autumn Lake if you’re looking for quality care in a great environment!

It’s clear why Autumn Lake is the first choice for sub acute rehab. For starters, I have never met a more respectful team who does their role simply because they care!! Good care good times!!! The nurses and aids feel like they are taking care of their own family and the activities they have here are made to uplift anyone’s day. The kitchen goes above and beyond to acomodate everyone’s needs and to top it off, I have never seen a more dedicated rehab team who makes each resident there top priority. All this is made possible with the leadership of the incredible admin Uri and director of nursing Yolande. Highly recommend this facility!!!!!!!!

Autumn lake nursing home is an incredible place for rehab. The food is great and actually comes out hot and fresh. You can tell the kitchen director is passionate about his career. Maintenance is fast, the place stays clean, and admin always gets back to you quickly. To top it off, the nursing staff is caring and treats everyone with real respect, answering call bells and attending to your needs. To build a personal connection with them and they help every step of the way.

Beautiful facility that is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The entire staff is professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. You can really tell the employees care about the residents and take pride in what they do. The therapy team is excellent, the food is great, and the overall environment feels positive and comforting for both residents and families. A huge amount of credit goes to the administrator, who does an outstanding job running the facility and leading such an incredible team. He is constantly present, checks in on residents personally, visits rooms, takes time to address concerns, and genuinely makes people feel heard and cared for. His leadership, compassion, and attention to detail clearly reflect throughout the entire building and staff. It’s rare to find a facility this well run with such caring employees and strong management. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones
