Please explain why the residents still cannot use the water, 3 months after the discovery of their plumbing issues.<br>As an update: no, they didn't fix the plumbing issues even months after the news stories. But it's all moot, since my mother passed away.

The receptionist is very rude towards delivery drivers. She needs to be fired. Super unprofessional.

The upkeep of the property is lacking at best. We have 2 elevators in the main building, and the small elevator has been nonfunctional for 11 weeks now and no repair is in sight. The north door was locked for a recent winter storm and now the door remains locked. You can go out the door, but you can't enter through the same door. They say it is a computer issue not recognizing the door but yet they do nothing to get it working. The staff just doesn't seem to care if the elderly are made to suffer the inconveniences.
