My experience at Emerald care has been excellent the staff is very attentive and I was very impressed on how clean they keep the facility. I give them a 5 star rating for service and cleanliness. My stay exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend it for you and your loved ones!

My experience at Emerald has been a blessing of excellent health care and physical therapy. The Physical therapy, nursing, medication, CNAs, Administrators and other staff are all focused on the care of the patients. Really! The staff work effortlessly to meet the needs of the patients. The Center is clean, and smells deodorized and clean throughout the building. If there is an odor it is taken care of immediately as each Nurse and or CNA are constantly checking on patients well-being. I have been at Emerald for Physical therapy and Occupational therapy, and nursing care after major Spinal surgery. They have all cared for me, and put me through physical and occupational to help me help myself to return home--assuredly that I will be able to continue with recovery at at home. I would recommend Emerald to anyone. They are a true blessing to the ailing.

Starting each day with a positive mindset can expand your perspective and improve your outlook — which is why i wish to let people know that Emerald Care Center is the best place to send your loved ones for rehab or nursing carre. My wife was admitted in January under Palliative Care. She was originally scheduled to come under Skilled Nursing following her hospital stay because the facility was the only one in the MWC area that took our insurance. The day before she was transferred, she took a turn for the worse. I met with the customer service rep and he referred me to the business office where I met with Barbara. She worked with me changing her status and the Admistrator went ahead and admitted her under Palliative/Medicaid pending. Then Barbara worked diligently helping me file all the paperwork to get her approved. So, in that respect the Business end of the Facility has been so Awesome. Now about her care. As with any relationship parties have to get to know each other. Once the staff got to know her personally and her likes and dislikes, they have bent over backwards to care for her. They keep her clean, keep her bedding and room clean. When she was admitted she was on a J-Tube feeding regiment and there was some hiccups with it, but the nursing staff listened to my concerns and worked to correct any mistakes that were made. The aids have just fallen in love with her and check in on her multiple times daily and have been very encouraging to me also. The food service is very good, I have enjoyed a tray along with the residents on a few occasions and the food is quite good, and portions are sometimes more than I can finish. I honestly have had an overall pleasant experience with the facility and have no regrets giving them a 5-star rating. They have made a bad situation for our family a pleasant experience, I will recommend the facility to anyone needing Long Term Care for a loved one.

I've had the pleasure of visiting this place numerous times, and I can confidently say that it's an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you're enveloped in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home. The crew here is nothing short of amazing. The friendly and hospitable staff greet you with genuine smiles, making you feel like you're part of their extended family. It's not just about excellent service; it's about the connections they build with their residents, providing excellent medical care and maintaining impeccable cleanliness. I've been to many places, but this one stands out for its unique ability to create a genuine sense of belonging. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're treated with the same warmth and respect that you'd expect from dear friends or family. The dedication they show to both visitors and residents is truly heartwarming.
