Autumn Care in Raeford is providing exceptional care to my brother who has been there for right at a year. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always keeps us up to date on how my brother is doing. Anytime we have questions they provide us answers right away. We highly recommend Autumn Care of Raeford!

The Environmental Services Department deserves way more than 5 stars! They take care of any and all issues across the entire facility while always staying professional, positive, and hardworking. Great job, guys!! Autumn Care would truly be lost without y’all!

The team is compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to providing quality care to their residents. The facility is clean, welcoming, and has a warm family atmosphere. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the well-being and comfort of everyone there. I appreciate the kindness, patience, and hard work they show every day. I would highly recommend Autumn Care of Raeford to anyone looking for a caring and supportive nursing and rehabilitation center.

Autumn Care of Raeford is a wonderful facility. It has an "at home" feel from the staff who set the tone. You immediately feel welcomed. The Administrator and Director of Nursing work closely to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

I used to hate on Autumn care but I recently went and things seem to be getting better. I don't know if it's because the person I went to see was just there for rehab or they actually have a staff that cares...but things are looking up. The staff was very friendly. The food still sucks lol They're keeping it clean. I asked the person I was visiting how are they treating him and he said very good. So maybe they've made a turn for the good of the community of Hoke County. If you decide to put your loved one in there and they are able to use a cell phone, invest in a 10 foot charger cord for there cellular device or tablet.
