Aurora Gardens in New Port Richey has friendly staff who try to be helpful, but the home is poorly managed and often understaffed. The facility has gone through multiple directors in a short time, creating instability and poor oversight. The owner takes no accountability for ongoing issues, and communication with families is minimal.

Our loved one often complained about the quality of the meals, which were neither healthy nor well-balanced. There are no consistent activities to keep residents engaged, and the facility has faced serious issues—including bed bugs and numerous complaints—leading ACHA to place a moratorium on new admissions.

Check the ACHA website for inspection reports and violations since the current owner took over from Angels Senior Living in 2022. Residents deserve much better care and leadership.
