About Auburn Post Acute

Auburn Post Acute is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Auburn, Washington, licensed for 96 residents. It provides post-acute rehabilitation and extended care services for individuals requiring ongoing medical support and assistance with daily living.

Family feedback centers on the dedicated direct care staff—nursing assistants, nurses, and caregivers—whom families describe as kind-hearted and attentive. Residents and families note a welcoming atmosphere and report that staff are receptive to feedback and focused on positive change. Several residents expressed strong satisfaction with their time at the facility, citing the variety of activities available to stay engaged. Front-office staff have also been recognized for going above and beyond to help with administrative and logistical needs.

A recurring concern in reviews involves consistency in medical decision-making and clinical oversight. Some families reported that physician orders were not consistently followed or that medical evaluations requested by residents were not pursued, which affected their care experience and contributed to early departures from the facility.

Auburn Post Acute holds a 3.4 out of 5 Google rating based on 63 reviews, reflecting mixed experiences. While direct caregivers and the care atmosphere have earned consistent praise, experiences with administrative and clinical leadership appear variable.

Great staff , the nurses and caregivers are wonderful. I have been here 9 months and personally witnessed a lot of positive changes from the nursing staff to the office staff security and also the housekeeping and kitchen they are all about positivity and change and I really like how they make their selves available and open to ideas from the residents on how we can better communicate inorder for things to run smoothly at our home away from home they are very dedicated to making this a comfortable friendly and understanding place where people can come to heal up when having help at home is not an option

This was a good place until they switched Administrators, they keep switching DNS etc I was their for 9 months and countless of my Doctors appointments & orders were NVR followed so the upper power people suck!!! I left with a fractured anke n I begged the Dr to run a CT scan and she wouldnt!!! The CNAs Lilly,Maria,Yulonda,The are The BEST you could ask for and I love you guys & I. Will miss you guys deeply and you Deserve the best!!! The Nurse Ciara is the BEST too she gets things Handledd and I will miss you too!!!! Overall, you can send your family there but keep a very close eye on them because there’s a lot of people that hardly speak English and I would hate to see them in a case of an emergency they would scramble in all directions, not knowing what to do!!! I will also miss the old director Paul, who was the old Administrator that was everywhere he was maintenance man came for her, etc. etc. he was never sitting around doing nothing but now all of that has changed, I wish the people there good luck and may God bless you

Is with a Heavy Heart that I am reviewing this facility. Auburn Post Acute Nursing Home, I applaud all Services. My Relative resided in this Home for several years. She was treated with the most Kind Hearted, Repectful Staff. Receptionist Ria always went Above and Beyond to help with my Relative. Her Customer Service and all out Empathy for my Relative left a Permanent place in my Families Hearts. She would go out of her way to help us when needed. The amount Of Love ,Empathy and Caring nature of all the staff is Above Exceptional! There is a RCM named Faysal that also earned a Special place in our Hearts. With his kind words, hard work and Empathy, he will not be forgotten. The entire staff, minus one, that is no longer there is Awesome and Deserves a Standing Ovation! Thank you for creating Life Long memories for My Family!!
