Attending Home Care is an amazing agency! My family and I can't thank them enough for everything they've done to help my mom. Special thanks go out to Karina and Ilan for all their help in getting my mom approved for two 12-hour split shifts of home health care. Karina walked us through the entire process and helped us gather all the documentation needed to win the appeal. We had tried unsuccessfully to get more hours on our own in the past — the most we could secure was 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. But within just a few days of submitting the required paperwork with Karina's help, we won the appeal for two 12-hour split shifts. Angela and Ms. Li have also been incredibly helpful with the initial intake, as well as managing changes in health aides and scheduling. Angela in particular spent more than an hour with my mom and me during our very first in person meeting — before we'd even switched over to Attending — going over my mom's history and situation in detail. It really showed how much she cared. Ms. Li has been wonderful and responsive any time we've had issues with an aide or needed to adjust the schedule. I would highly recommend Attending Home Care to anyone looking for quality home health care, especially if you need help securing more hours than you've been able to get on your own.

This agency is suck, they don’t like to support aides, they choose patients first because patients are the main income but they don’t realize that aides who are the people that make it happen! If no aides they would not be earning. My coordinator Carmen Diaz not a very nice coordinator, she removed me out of the case that I like, the family also like me, just because I request for a holiday too soon. What a professional coordinator! She said I’m toxic but she forgot to realize how bad she operates. Just because I want a holiday? Seriously? I will go to union because I did not do anything wrong by requesting a holiday! I don’t deserve to be kicked out from the job! Best coordinator of the year!

I am extremely thankful that Karina and Ilan helped me with the process with my mother to receive the care and hours she needed. They advocated and did not stop until the approval occurred. Very informative within the process. I recommend them as well as this organization with the services provided. Thank you again, for your time, transparency and advocacy. Fantastic orientation today. The instructor (Marisol ) was extremely professional and made sure to explain every safety precaution clearly. She handled our group with great care, ensuring beginners felt comfortable and confident throughout the process.
