This place is the pits. If you care about your loved ones do not let them stay at this facility. Staff is rude

Absolutely no stars for this place if I could. If you care about your loved ones, do not send them here. I saw another review that mentioned you should believe every bad review you see about this place and you should. The staff does not care about the well being of their patients, they mistreat them, and are extremely rude about any concern or questions you may have. Surprised any of them still are able to work in a care facility and especially surprised this place is allowed to be open and accepting patients. Absolutely disgusting and concerning behavior exhibited by staff as well as threatening behavior. State needs to be involved asap.

Giving one star for the PT staff who my Grandma loved and appreciated dearly. They were wonderful and watching her be able to learn how to walk again was amazing to see and one of the last good memories I have of her. However, what happened after she passed was deeply upsetting. Less than 24 hours later, her belongings were rifled through and mishandled without any clear communication or sensitivity toward the family. In such a painful and emotional time, families should not have to be the ones to initiate respectful protocols, that responsibility lies with the staff and administration (or at least should). The lack of compassion and professionalism shown during those final moments... I don't have many nice words for. It felt like a complete violation of her dignity and memory. The lack of respect shown during such a vulnerable and emotional time was not only heartbreaking but also completely unacceptable. Families should be able to trust that their loved ones and their personal items will be treated with care, both in life and in passing.

You should trust and believe every bad review you read about this facility. I made the mistake of not believing and my sister is currently in the hospital due to their extended negligence. My family has experienced incompetence and unprofessionalism from the nurses, administrators, social workers and alike. For the sake of your loved one, do not admit them to this facility.

I was visiting my sister and I was satisfied with the care she is getting. Two nurses came in to help her get more comfortable. and were very pleasant. The facility was clean and is always decorated for the season or holiday. 👍👍 I am always extremely pleased with everyone I speak to in Spring Hill. All of the workers are pleasant and very helpful to me and my sister who is a resident. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
