Very disgusting place has roaches roaches on the trays. Let people sitting urine all night long cause his residence. Very sad Place some rooms don’t even have hot water. I don’t understand why state hasn’t closed them down very very very very disrespectful staff and the DON she needs to be back in high school. Please don’t send your people there please

Other patient said they didnt change the patient diaper until. 11:00 a.m.. Came in walking with assistance. Looking good. There hope. Nope. While there, patient had to be transfered to hospital because of Infected bedsores. Died because of infected bedsores. Gotta flip them every so often.Every 2 hours at least.

My dad just moved here from their sister company out on Clayton and Manchester and already so far. I’m just happier to be back in North County. It’s just a generally different atmosphere. They’re more attentive and they’re just more down to earth and I feel more comfortable with my father being at this one.

The staff that took care of our loved one was great. The nurses were responsive every time we asked for something. They are a little short staffed. I am sure it is because of budget reasons. The place is getting some updates which is needed but the care was great. All of the staff care about their patients. They joke around and talk to their patients. Everyone was nice and friendly. I feel some of the reviews forget that it is a nursing home and not a hospital. Tianna and staff was absolutely amazing. She always took time out of her day and answered every question we had.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Atrium. The staff is amazing. They are so willing to help with everything. They have went out of their way to get to know my sister and fulfill her needs and demands. The residents all look out for each other. I couldn't ask for a better experience in such a dreadful time.
