Although, the PT, OT and nurses who visited me were attentive and helpful, the office is disorganized and lacking communication skills and staff. The director specifically was defensive and lacking in professional communication skills. Initially I was given wrong and conflicting information on several occasions by staff. Consequently, it took several calls to get the services started. Overall, I would not reccomend this service. I think they offer little added value.

So far this place has been completely underwhelming. With the exception of one Physical Therapist and the nurse who comes once a week, these people are understaffed poorly organized, and after only a couple of weeks, it already feels as though they only care about billing their hours. Had an order for occupational therapy and have not seen the Occupational Therapist at all, additionally was told the Occupational Therapist will be signing off on the client next week after not seeing them at all.

After some 12 years of having the services of physical therapy and home nursing care, I can confidently say that this is by far the worst company I have ever experienced. As a group for "home care," they were the most arrogant, abrasive, and incompetent that I've encountered. They seem to go out of their way to confirm the fact that arrogance is often a cover for incompetence. It was as if patient care interfered with their own personal time and schedules. They should be held accountable by the agency that accredited them.

This is an excellent home healthcare agency! I have used them for my own family members and worked with them professionally. They have some very long term- tenured Physical therapists, Nurses and Social work. 5-10+ years of commitment from the team. Staff retention…That speaks VOLUMES in today’s healthcare world! Happy clinicians provide better care and have better outcomes.

We really adored the nurse that came to our home. But be warned, if you leave inpatient AMA, they will not take you back. Which sound unethical to me, because it is your right as a patient to leave at anytime. Had we known this would be a consequence, we would never have left the hospital AMA. After being treated TERRIBLY by hospital staff, we walked out AMA because we couldn’t accept their mistreatment anymore. We made the right decision for my partner’s health, and her PCP supported this decision. For At Home Health, it didn’t matter the reason: they refused to continue services again after leaving against medical advice. I guess they’d rather know you’re compliant, than know that you’re willing to make the difficult safe decision for yourself. Shame on them.
