I just got assessment from the nurse. She wanted to rush. She brought loose papers for me to sign. She said background checks are done prior to them entering my home. I asked her do you get the background check back first. With the report. She said oh yes. Certainly we do.

The scheduler, Angelina, is very helpful and caring. This company cares about your welfare. It has been my experience, the aides they send out are top quality.

The aids are lazy they don’t wanna do what they are told, they wanna hang out and play on there phones. Than when a client asks for a new aid you wanna close out the services with the client instead of finding an aid who will actually WORK!

Wish i could give ZERO stars It was hard enough asking for help then it immediately started off badly aide never showed all last week! I called to find out what is happening they claimed they tried to reach out to me to tell me she wouldn't be here ! They Lied there are no calls/voicemail from them today! I asked for her to be taken off the schedule for me and give me a new aide. They will supposedly call to set up a new aide. In the end my case manager is looking for a different company

BEWARE!!!! This place is a joke. Very unprofessional!!!! They treat staff and clients like trash, they will bash you and call you names to your face. Their clients are poorly cared for and they don't train you on anything. High priority clients that go without staff with no warning and just lay until someone comes which could be days. They mess up billing, lose paperwork. The office staff is encouraged to talk down to other staff and client's. Stacey is the worst but all office staff speaks to you in unprofessional ways and curse at you. They do not report anything to the state and will cover thing up at any cost. They never except blame for their actions and will pass it off on staff and others. Please if you are considering this place for a loved one be very careful and always check on them because they don't even check out their employees before they send them into these home. It's very sad all the unprofessional things that go on in this company.
