This place is terrible and really should be shut down. Was told my dad was combative, he had Lewy Body dementia and was placed on that ward. Do you not hire people who are trained to handle people suffering from dementia. They sent him to the ER claiming he was hurt and when I went to pick him up the ER doctor stated there was nothing wrong with him. The staff just didn't want to deal with him. I think this is a last resort for many people after they can't afford the high priced homes, which aren't any better. My dad liked to keep busy and all the people did there was sit around. Didn't once hear of any type of activities. If you actually want staff that has the knowledge to work with residence you need to actually pay them a fair wage.
