As far as I can see, my mother-in-law is receiving appropriate care. The Waterford is clean, & visitors are treated with kindness.

The tour director left me waiting for 20 minutes with no explanation or apology, and that was a HUGE turnoff. I understand that things come up, meeting run long, etc. Thats fine. But you damn well need to apologize after and offer some kind of an explanation. She didn't. Instead, she sauntered in 20 min late acting like that was our designated starting point. She didnt even bother giving the front desk a heads up when I first showed up (on time) and they let her know I was here. Very rude. The place itself seems very nice though. And I like that there are call buttons in the rooms and that everyone has a life alert type button included.

Beautiful, clean, home atmosphere; well managed with EXCELLENT caregivers and all staff. As an experienced RN, I am confident in my mother in law’s care, and attentive care, multiple options for socialization, and delicious nutritious

This place is beyond gorgeous. Like walking into a 5 star hotel. So beautifully decorated and very clean. Every staff person I came into contact with was so polite and nice. Although we are not thrilled about moving the mother in law to somewhere other than her home I don't think there could be a better place. We look forward to her enjoying her new beautiful apartment with all the perks to give us, the family peace of mind that our mom is being looked after. I recommend this facility so much that I even mentioned to my husband, "we could move here and live in the independent part." Justin was beyond perfect and helped guide us through the process. If your loved one needs just even the smallest amount of support or even more, this is your place.
