I’m a private caregiver for somebody who has Associated home care Wednesdays and Fridays. She’s a bedbound person 85 years old with MS needs twice daily care. She has Associated home care as stated twice weekly. Her regular girl is on vacation. It was scheduled to have someone May 29 th Friday. The girl was a no-show and no call . this poor client Was stuck in bed from the night before when the private aid got there at 5:30 evening time Friday the house was dark. She thought something was wrong and she was still in bed because no one had shown up or called. This woman was in bed no food no fluids. This agency had scheduled someone no-show no call not a very dependable agency to leave a bedbound person in bed for almost 24 hours no food and no water. Unacceptable with no explanation. It’s so sad that the one Woman at this agency who is very dependable and very good to this Client has a vacation and they can’t find a filling and when they do, they don’t show up . Poor scheduling!
