My father was diagnosed with Alzheimers and ALS. He needed in-home care. We were thrilled with the assistance offered at Assisting Hands. Meeting with Jennifer to manage our care was exceptional. The caretaker - Stacey - was a gift. Even after we moved dad to a memory care unit both Stacey and all the folks at Assisting Hands offered us amazing advice to help with the transition. Stacey was a blessing to have at the new home for dad. She offered suggestions to make this better for dad. Stacey developed a personal connection with dad and he looked to her for help, as well. I cannot say enough about the fantastic program. THANK YOU ALL for the kindness and care you've given my family.

My mom needed in-home care after a fall and hospital stay complicated by some other issues. Daniela and Taylor did a professional job in quickly educating me about their service and were able to start care immediate after mom came home from the hospital. Each of the caregivers was helpful and caring. Successful recovery with their help.

My family is so thankful for all of Crystal's wonderful care for our father, and for Daniela's assistance coordinating schedules and making many last minute changes. Crystal and Daniela were incredibly compassionate and patient during this very difficult time. We were so blessed that we had their help.

Assisting Hands provided a care giver for my husband. No lifting was involved, but I did need someone who was willing to do exercises with him. I received a lot of personal attention as far as introduction (and ultimate approval) of the care giver. There was also follow up. The care giver herself was superb. Not only did she keep my husband physically active, but she also spent time talking to him and making him feel that she was truly interested in him and his well being. I was very pleased with all the personal attention that Assisting Hands provided.

I had to pursue guardianship for my aunt who lived 800 miles away. After she was determined to be disabled by the court, I had to depend on local caregivers to attend to her needs. The staff at Assisting Hands was up to the task. Daniela, the Managing Director, was always responsive to me, but more importantly the caregivers attended to my aunt with understanding and thoroughness you'd expect given her deteriorating condition over a four month period. In other words, what started out as "assistance" turned into hospice care. I highly recommend Assisting Hands Home Care.
