My mom was a resident for 3 weeks and had multiple issues. Staff not wanting to get her out of bed. They said it was easy for them to leave her in bed. Then once I insisted, they kept her sitting in a wheelchair all day. Reported it was easier for them to change her throughout the day. Staff sited shoulder and back pain of why they could not lift her. Plus, they ran out of her medications and fussed at her because she was agitated. Management is not responsive to calls, text, or emails. When my mom had low blood pressure and change in mental status, owner never called to inquire about her once she was hospitalized. This place looks good, but the care is below average. Their priority is monetary, not quality care in the best interest of the residents.
