My dear friend John (age 69) died in this nursing home of what appears to be neglect. I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone.

They absolutely have been taken care of my mom and doing what I am unable to do. I have had to help with things not because there “under staffed “ people just don’t show up . My mom is my responsibility as well , I have no problem stepping in when I need too. My experience has been great and I appreciate all they do for my mom and me ! Thank you for being there when I can not .

There is not enough staffing SHUT DOWN!!! My mother died alone and was left alone for hours. I begged them to let me know when she was close so I could be with her, they ignored her begs and pleas for help. Now I get to live the rest of my life with the guilt of leaving my mom at this awful place. 3 days after she arrived she died, I hope the director gets the karma they deserve allowing a place like this to stay open.

Deplorable!! This place is not safe or suitable for any human!! I wouldn’t even put an animal there!!!! It should be shut down!! Do not take your loved ones there!! It’s a place to go to die ! It doesn’t even deserve a rating of one !!!! I’d give it a minus a million rating!!!! Broken windows, filthy mattresses, this picture is the mattress my mom was given to sleep on,, it looked like someone had died on it and laid there,, then they gave it to my poor mother,, !! Unbelievable,, you can’t ever be vigilant enough about advocating for loved ones !! Thank God we rescued my Mom from that disgusting place!!!!

Our beloved mother was there for a few years. The stories I have! Our hearts are still sick with deep sadness, in 2020, after 8 months of not being able to touch, hug, laugh, or entertain her, etc, because of lockdowns, she was one (I believe among others) who died from covid brought into the facility, apparently from staff. The email alerting us our loved one had covid was signed something like, "Have a nice day." The day that would be her last , I looked through her window (which if you remember was our only way to see our loved person), I could see how poorly she looked. She looked terrible and unkept. Staff did not seem to be aware of it. That day, as she was on her deathbed, I was called from the facility saying CDC released her (and assumably others). Later that evening, 3 of us, separately, were allowed a short time to see her, as she lay dying. I asked the administrator if I could go back that same night to see her and I was refused. I was told I could go back the next day and I said...."what happens if there is no next day". And there was not!
