The campus offers multiple levels of care including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing services, and adult day services to meet the varying needs of older adults.

Assisted living residents receive support with daily tasks, allowing them to focus on activities they enjoy rather than managing appointments and medications. The memory care program treats residents with dignity and provides companionship through the Best Friends Approach, which emphasizes understanding each resident's life story. Staff members offer consistent engagement through Daily Rhythms programming throughout the day, along with activities designed to stimulate the mind and encourage social connection.

The community provides rehabilitative services including physical, occupational, and speech-language pathology, partnering with Synchrony Health Services to deliver pharmacy and post-acute care. Short-term respite care is available for seniors needing temporary support, lasting from a few days to several weeks. Chef-prepared meals are included with most service levels, with menus accommodating various dietary restrictions such as heart-healthy, diabetic-friendly, and texture-modified options.

Lifestyle programming is a core feature, with residents invited to participate in fitness classes, arts experiences, enrichment clubs, games, live music, and themed events. The community also organizes scheduled outings and family visits. Most apartments are unfurnished, allowing residents to bring their own furniture and belongings to personalize their living spaces. Laundry and housekeeping services are included with most care levels.

The campus is located near Decatur County Memorial Hospital, Rush Memorial, and Major Hospital. Nearby churches include St. Mary's, Greensburg Baptist, and First Christian Church. Most Trilogy communities, excluding skilled nursing halls, are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved pets that meet community guidelines. Safety features include clinical-grade alert systems and monitoring technology to ensure residents can quickly receive assistance when needed.

My husband stay was short 12 days he had dementia/Alzheimer's he was on hospise at home when he.became turned total care I was not able to care for him at home any longer. Those 12 days he was cared for great and with respect. Staff went out of their way to be there during this short journey of my husband's last day, also assisting me and supporting me, even after his death, even giving me a shoulder to cry on. I would tell everyone who is looking for a long term facility for family this is the place to go!! It is the most beautiful in Greensburg In. and they be cared for great. Thank you again for all the care support you gave given

My father was in Aspen Place in Greensburg for 3 months. He started out in rehab to home but he also had some memory health issues. The therapists were absolutely amazing. They could get him to do things that he wouldn't do for others. They worked with him most every day of the week (except weekends). They were all so kind. The nurses and aides were wonderful as well. Mom and I were there every day, and we all became like one big family. They took such good care of my dad. They listened to us. They told us when they wanted to try or change any kind of medicines or daily routines. They assisted him with showers and shaving and all of his needs. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Everything was so clean. The entire staff was kind and accommodating from the front desk business staff, social workers, custodial staff, cafeteria workers, nurses, aides, volunteers, etc. The activities were good. They had church that dad attended every Sunday. Unfortunately my dad ended up with hospice care but the staff at Aspen were the ones administering the meds and taking care of him and they were absolutely the best. We could not ask for better care. Aspen Place staff members were just amazing, and I would recommend this facility again and again. 5 stars!
