The facility is always so clean and staff are so welcoming! They do a great job with all of the residents and all of the residents seem super happy and well taken care of. From the meals to the facility management, everything seems super thought out and well done! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a facility that they can take pride in keeping their loved one in🤍.

In my recent visits to Ashley Manor Midland 2 I have found the staff to be very warm and inviting the facility was very clean. All of the residents looked happy and cared for the administrator. Lilly is amazing. Very kind and helpful I give it a 10 out of 10.

I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the quality of care at this memory care facility. The staff has become more knowledgeable and compassionate when it comes to dementia care, and it’s clear they are putting effort into understanding the unique needs of each resident. Their patience, communication, and professionalism have made a meaningful difference for both residents and families.<br><br>The facility itself is consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. It’s reassuring to know residents are living in a safe and comfortable environment.<br><br>Most importantly, the residents appear to be treated with dignity, kindness, and genuine care. The improvements in staffing and overall care standards have been very encouraging, and I appreciate the positive changes that have been made.<br><br>When looking for a homelike environment for your loved ones as they navigate their memory journey Ashley Manor on Midland is the place to be.

This location is extremely negligent of their residents, and recently found out one man had passed in the summer due to the negligence. Management is constantly changing, place is disorganized and the staff can't even get along for the sake of the safety of the resident. If you don't care about your loved ones, this is the perfect place to leave them.
