Worst place ever my grandpa was neglected he fell broke his legs they covered it up refused to call for help my family came down and had to dress him and load him up in there truck and take him and indeed he had fallen broke his legs. He declined dramatically after this we took him out of the place and on top of that they lost all his clothing that had his name on Everything. They also were told we do his laundry. It's been years ago now but I wouldn't trust them with a dog.

Worst nursing and rehabilitation experience. If I could, I would give a zero star to facility management and ownership. If you have a choice I recommend do NOT go here or send your family member here! Until the day my mom left she regularly had filthy bedding that they would turn over instead of washing. Finding clean bedding was often impossible. My mom went there with dementia worsened by the surgery she had - they still had her sign legal documents. Never called family POC with POA. When she left there it was because she had to go to the hospital. The only call received from Ashland was to let me know they were taking her to the urgent care. When I got this message I called Ashland and the phone rang +20x. I did that one more time. Same thing. No one picked up. And no one called me to tell me she had been taken to a hospital or which hospital. Had to cold call local hospitals. Terrible experience.

The welcoming demeanor and efficient assistance provided by your receptionist set a remarkably positive tone for my entire visit. What truly distinguished this experience, though, was the extraordinary dedication of Miss Benoit, your Director of Nursing. She went above and beyond by personally conducting a comprehensive and insightful tour of the entire facility, graciously taking the time to answer every single one of my detailed questions. Her profound knowledge and genuine passion for patient care were incredibly reassuring, leaving no stone unturned regarding your services, approach to rehabilitation, and the overall well-being of residents.

The meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a palpable commitment to fostering a supportive and healing atmosphere, was evident in every aspect of the facility. Based on this exceptional experience, I am unequivocally confident in admitting my mother here without hesitation. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend your facility to any family seeking a superior standard of care and a truly dedicated team for their loved ones.

Terrible conditions. Many Jails and prisons are better. Wires hanging from the ceiling.
Toilet leaks water all over the floor when flushed. Rotting walls and floors.
Nurses quickly turn off call lights and come back when they can. Might be an hour, or not at all. I’ll be filing a complaint with OHSA and whatever healthcare authorities are appropriate.
