I am very grateful for the service we received. The service was excellent, starting with the Admissions and Nursing departments, as well as the therapy team—Tiffany and her team worked hard with my mother, and her recovery was successful and achieved in a reasonable amount of time. I am also grateful to the housekeeping staff for their excellent work, the receptionists for their pleasant and high-quality customer service, and the dietary department for being extraordinary. Thank you so much; may God bless the owners, employees, vendors, and clients of Autumn Lake Healthcare!

Every staff member has been so helpful during the process of transitioning my mother to living here. Between the people at the front desk. From the very first moment to the day of discharge, this facility has been nothing short of a blessing—a true saving grace for our family. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism shown to my sister exceeded every expectation we had. What truly sets this place apart is the consistent, open, and transparent communication. At every step, we felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Every department worked seamlessly together to create an exceptional experience. From admissions to dietary, from the liaison team to nursing, from engaging activities to top-tier therapy services—each team member played a vital role in my sister’s recovery journey. The coordination and dedication across the board were remarkable. I also want to give special recognition to the nursing and care team, who went above and beyond every single day. One of the most outstanding nurses my sister has ever encountered was Pierre, whose compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism left a lasting impression on both my sister and our entire family. We also want to sincerely thank Nurse Nancie, who consistently showed incredible kindness, patience, and genuine care—she made a meaningful difference in my sister’s comfort and overall experience. A special acknowledgment also goes to Charge Nurse Serna, who truly runs a tight ship. Her leadership, organization, and attention to detail ensured everything on the unit operated smoothly and efficiently. You can clearly see the standard of excellence she maintains, and it reflects in the quality of care throughout the entire nursing team. Additionally, the attending physician, Dr. N. Shah, provided care that was not only highly skilled but also honest, thorough, and deeply reassuring. The communication from Dr. Shah was always clear, informative, and sincere—something we truly valued during such a critical time. This facility didn’t just care for my sister—they cared for our entire family. They brought us peace of mind during a very difficult period, and for that, we are forever grateful. If there were more than five stars to give, I would give them without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are looking for a place that delivers exceptional care, genuine compassion, and unwavering communication, look no further. My dad has been in several facilities before, and visiting was always stressful—we never knew what condition we’d find him in. Since he’s been at Ashbrook Care, that feeling has completely changed. Now, we feel at ease when we visit. We don’t have to worry about whether he’s been fed or if he’s clean—he’s consistently well cared for. The staff, from the front desk to the unit, are always friendly and welcoming. Communication has also been excellent. Whenever I call, someone usually answers, and if they can’t, they make sure to return my call promptly, which means a lot to our family. And it may seem like a small thing, but the facility itself is clean and smells good, which really adds to the overall comfort. We’re truly grateful for the care and attention they provide.
